For TPT sellers · Works on the Basic plan

Every month, know which products to fix.

The Store Analytics Dashboard puts all your TPT numbers in one place and saves them every month. It runs the six patterns on every product, and when you make a change, it checks a month later whether it worked.

The monthly problem

The numbers are all there. Nothing keeps track of them for you.

If you watched my summit session, you know the method. Download Product Stats, work out what's typical for your store, check every product against six patterns, and change one thing.

It works. It's also a lot to redo every month.

You download the reports again and rebuild the math. You try to remember whether you changed that cover in March or April. Then you wonder if the bump you're seeing came from the new cover or from back to school.

Most sellers do it once and never get back to it.

I got tired of that in my own store, so I built a dashboard that keeps track for me. Now you can have your own copy.

How it works

Two downloads a month

1

Set it up once

A setup skill builds your own copy of the dashboard and walks you through each step.

2

Add your two downloads

Product Stats and the Sales report, the same files from the session. Upload them in the dashboard with a couple of clicks, and it saves that month for you.

3

Open your fix list

It runs the six patterns on every product and puts the fixes in order, so you know where to start.

4

Make one change

When you're done, tell Claude in a chat: "I changed the cover today. Log it for me." The change log saves the date and the numbers from before.

5

Get your answer

After your next upload, it compares the product to your whole store. Then it tells you to keep the change, undo it, or give it another month.

Two downloads a month. The dashboard does the rest.

Logging a change takes one message

Tell Claude what you changed. It saves the date, the number to watch and where that number stands today. A month later, the dashboard checks it against your whole store and tells you what to do.

Inside the dashboard

All your TPT numbers in one place

TPT hands you rows of numbers. The dashboard turns them into one place you check each month, and every tab updates when you add a new month.

This month's fixes, in order

Every product that needs attention, ranked, with the one change to make for each. Most of your store lands on leave it alone, and the list says so.

Your store at a glance

Your earnings by year and how each month compares to the same month last year. It also shows how much of your revenue comes from a handful of products.

Your top earners

Your best products all time and this year, with page views, preview opens, sales and conversion for each one.

Products worth a closer look

Busy listings that don't convert, products with no preview, wishlisted products that don't sell, and hidden gems that convert well but barely get seen.

Your busy and slow months

See when your store peaks and when it dips, so you know when to launch and when to update.

Every change, checked

Every change you made, with the numbers before and the result a month later. No more guessing whether the new cover did anything.

What you've learned

What you've figured out about your own store, saved with the evidence and a date to check it again.

From my store

What the change log caught in my own store

These are three changes I made this summer, tracked the same way the dashboard tracks yours.

Kept it

Rebuilt a preview

1.9% → 1.9% conversion

Over ten weeks, with nothing else changed on the listing.

Kept it

Rewrote a title

+0 page views

Rewritten around the words teachers search for. That was the biggest gain in my store between June and mid-August, my slowest months.

Didn't work

Lowered a bundle price

7.2% → 7.2% conversion

It converted lower over the summer than it averaged before. The lower price didn't pay for itself.

The third one is why the change log matters. Without the before and after numbers, I would have guessed.

Is this for you?

Who this is for

✓ This is for you if...

  • You sell on TPT and have paid products that have been up for at least 90 days.
  • You download your stats now and then but aren't sure what to do with them.
  • You're on the Basic plan and lost your search analytics. This only uses Product Stats and the Sales report.
  • You want to stop rewriting listings that were never the problem.

✗ This is not for you if...

  • Your store is brand new. The patterns need a few months of sales to mean anything.
  • You want keyword or search research. The dashboard doesn't use search data.
  • You want something to rewrite your listings. That's what the Listing Updater does.
  • You don't have a paid Claude plan. Setting it up and logging your changes both run in Claude.

Questions

Quick answers

Do I need a paid TPT plan? +

No. It only uses Product Stats and the Sales report. Both download on every plan, including Basic.

What do I need to use it? +

A paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) and a free Airtable account. You don't need to pay for Airtable.

I'm not techy. Can I do this? +

If you can download a file from TPT and upload it, you can run this. The setup skill and the video walk you through every step.

How long does it take each month? +

Less than 5 minutes. Download two files from TPT and upload them in the dashboard. Logging a change takes one message to Claude.

How is this different from the free Update Decision Sheet? +

The sheet teaches the method, and you redo it by hand each time. The dashboard saves every month, so it can show trends and check your changes. It also puts the rest of your store's numbers in one place: earnings, seasons, opportunities and what you've learned.

I have the All-Access Pass. Do I need this too? +

The Full Store Diagnosis reads your store once. The dashboard keeps reading it every month and tracks what you change.

When do I get it? +

By November 15. You'll get an email with your setup steps.

Does it work for other marketplaces? +

No. It's built around TPT's downloads, and other marketplaces' reports have different columns.

Two downloads a month. A clear answer every time.

You already have the method. This keeps it running without you starting over each month.
